Sharon and her Associates have a great deal of hands on practical experience and knowledge across many areas of business. Sharon brings her experience as a line manager in heavy industry, a functional manager, a project manager and a non-executive Director to the table when advising leaders on how strategic HR can be an enabler of improved performance when aligned with the business strategy. Many of Sharon’s clients have tactical HR resources, and need advice on improving the senior team’s performance, on restructuring to align the business with changing needs, on succession planning for senior staff or on options for removing barriers to change.
